They lied to the shipper that they had tried to contact me, lied to the final carrier and was in a dispute with them over a $75 extra service charge, while we were unable to locate the goods.. It cost our project thousands of dollars in downtime and extra ferry fees for me to personally replace the material. I had to take things into my own hands to finally locate and retrieve the shipment. This company is a farce and has obviously cut all costs of doing customer service. I would avoid them if you value your pocket book or budget.
