Nice staff, but front desk person has no idea about the tools. My tool was out of warranty so I said I pay to get my tool fixed. When I was getting my tool they said it cost more then the original quote. And gave back my tool in pieces. This is bullshit because it still worked to a point and now I had to put it together myself
