I am appaulled by Liberty Security and their poor quality equipment, lack of integrity as a business and their complete inability to provide their customers with any sort of security at all. My system was hacked and the perp took out the app to their security system and used it to disarm, break in to my residence multiple times, erase and rearrange the footage in an obvious way which showed the days events in reverse, and then rearm the alarm and leave. I have now become a victim of identity fraud and they refuse to let me out of the contract, which I only entered because they assured me their system could not be hacked. I'm stuck paying for 3 yes, for a system that the criminals targeting me control. I even provided them with evidence showing someone was using the app, which I don't have, and disarming my alarm and showed them the edited footage and a notification saying remote connection lost and remote connection regained- which also proves the criminals are watching me through my surveillance equipment , and they still won't let me out of the contract. I don't understand how a company who basically didn't live up to a single promise they made to me, is able to think I owe them a monthly payment for three years. Even though ive said I want to return the undamaged system to them as it does nothing to protect me, they won't budge. They think its just fine for my house to be entered repeatedly by strangers who stole my identity because their system was not secure enough to keep out the perps. I am disgusted by the fact that their equipment has repeatedly failed and had to be replaced and that I've needed four different technicians set up or try to set up the system. And now, because I refuse to set up the system because its allowing the criminals I needed protection from to enter my house undetected, they have started calling my emergency contact to try and get them to give me messages that they can send someone ( for $130) to set up my system in my new residence which I had to move to in order to stop the perps from constantly breaking into my place. Why in gods name would I want the perks watching me from the app in my new residence? If anything Liberty Security is am Anti security company. They put you at more risk than you originally were in by allowing access to the app by anyone with some computer knowledge who is a criminal. They promised me that the app couldn't be set up by anyone but me, and that a technician would have to be there as well, so either they completely lied about that or their technician set the criminal Yakob Kasseye up with the app in my name so he could continue breaking into my home undetected. Do Not Trust This Company. They Do Not Care Anout Keeping You Or Your Home Safe And Thet Certainly Do Not Stand Behind Tgeir Word Or Their Promises.
