Ken Haak runs a clown show. Will ruin your real estate deal in a million ways. Will cost you thousands of dollars. Will not acknowledge his negligence after or even have the class to give you a refund when you politely ask him. Do not believe his confidence or professionalism. He will 1000% drop the ball and pretend to have never talked to you.
