    Please, whatever you do avoid this company. After the 2016 Fort McMurray wildfire they promised to rebuild my home, and took my $100,000 down payment. From there there was nothing but poor communication, missed timelines, and broken promises. Over a year And a half after signing the contract there was virtually no progress on the home, a lien placed on my property from a foundation company that was not paid for work they completed (poured a foundation, that's the only work that was completed), and a letter from the Canada Revenue Agency stating that under no circumstances am I to pay the company because they have failed to pay their taxes. I recently cancelled my contract and have learned that they have a number of other employees and contractors who were not paid for work they completed. Further, they have not committed to payback my down-payment that should have been held in trust. Anyway, long story short, do not hire them, and feel free to contact me if you'd like any specific details as to why you shouldn't. Peter
