Note moyenne 1,5 basée sur 2 avisFurther to my last review, when I asked them to give me an invoice detailing the price of parts and labor They Refused and the invoice simply said "repairs". Again, a warning to anyone thinking of going here to think twice. Total ripoff, $250 to slip in a $20 part.
I would not recommend this place to anyone...they took advantage of my lack of knowledge regarding blind components and charged me $250 to insert a clutch which, I found out later, is worth under $20! I tried to reason with them about the price and they were very uncooperative stating that I agreed to the price. When I said I checked other blind stores and the normal cost for this job was around $65, they were quite rude and would not adjust their price. Also, They Refused To Accept Credit Card Or Debit, Only Cash Which Makes You Wonder If The Tax Is Being Paid To The Cra. These ripoff artists should be investigated by the proper authorities.
