Their Customer Service team apparently has no access to the online system, which makes no sense. I’ve been a long-time customer, but now I wish I could take back every item I ever bought. It’s unbelievable that a company of this size has nothing in place to assist customers when an error occurs during ordering.
I placed an order and didn’t realize the address was wrong until I received the confirmation email — we recently moved provinces. I called right away, but was told there’s nothing they can do. I was advised to wait until the delivery company (Canada Post, Purolator, or FedEx) contacted me. Eventually, FedEx emailed me, but when I called, they also said only the sender can make changes.
Absolutely ridiculous. I’ll never shop here again — this company is unprofessional and careless. Now my son’s shipment is going to the wrong province, and no one can stop it.
