    *My incident happened at the northside nexwave, but consider all nexwave branded stores run the same cartel style operation* It pains me to write this review as i've been going here since I was 10, but never have I felt more betrayed and scammed in my life.. I just recently was sold a ps3 controller at full price 30$ that was covered in pop and the left analog stick had bite marks on it, when I returned it I was told i'd be put on a waiting list for another one since they dont have any in stock, thats fine. a week and a half goes by and still no ps3 controller so I requested a refund instead of having to wait a month and was blatantly told no with no consideration. this place will adamantly stick by their no refund policy even if they know they fucked you over, I was told i'm not getting a refund because they can use my money to invest in more games...like what the fuck- use my money that I paid for a shitty controller to buy more games huh? all the while the balding manager is standing there throwing sly smirks at me, the manager who told me all of this also encouraged me to write this review...what an idiot. I want my fucking money back you scammers, fuck your no refund policy you clearly fucked up here selling me a shitty controller for 30$ it's not like I bought something new and asked for my money back, you sold me a 10$ controller for 30$ and then wouldn't even consider a refund. These people will fucking lie to you to reel you in then cast you away once you pay up. Bunch of fucking liars. I walk into the store and ask him if any ps3 controllers came in, he says this one came in yesterday...you fucking liar thats the same controller I returned last week. I mention how I need a properly working controller to play street fighter as combo moves are sensitive to the analog stick, he tells me he's never played street fighter but then tells me how he tested the controller on street fighter... what a fucking liar! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK DO YOU HAVE NO HONOR
