While the video transfer from 3/4” to MP4 was fine, I kind of felt taken for the $16 USB 3.0 memory stick. I brought in my PC to transfer the file to my PC but the agent felt that by having data written to it somehow corrupted it from being used again. Felt it was more about making $15 off of something that cost $1.
AND when I expressed my opinion about the gouge, he threatened to withhold my data until after I apologized for my affrontery.
Video was fine 4/5.
Insufferable belligerent agent 1/5. Requires improvement.
