Delton Letter Carrier Depot

I have notice sporatic delivery lately or no delivery at all and the normal letter carrier not on the route. When I do get mail it is very late (normal 10:30 - 11:30) now showing up 15:00 to later and bundle as if several days worth. I'm expecting a parcel with tracking it took 6 days ovrseas 2 days from Vancouver to Edmonton and it has been over 6 days since it landed in Edmonton and has not yet arrived at my door step. I normally get mail at least 3 to 4 times a week, but not lately. I'm lucky if I get mail twice a week this past month. Are your short of relief carriers or decided to deliver on alternate days or even weeks? Also haven't seen the regular carrier lately, so she maybe sick or on vacation. We're back to the relief question because I'm sure you're not in the middle of a shift bid!
