This company is very unprofessional. I left my Jacket in their possession for repair and when I picked it up it was ruined. There were small rips all over it. They refused to take responsibility for my Jacket that was ruined in their possession. They stated " I did not do this" They also stated " We are not worried we have lots of customers" I filed a complaint with BBB. BBB reached out to them and Capital Tailors refused to respond. The response from the owner Judy is frightening, no apology or concern for what happened to my property in their care.
