My delivery driver literally lies and says he makes 3 attempts to deliver to my apartment building (which I know isn't true because I can buzz him in through my phone and he never comes by). He brings my packages directly to a holding location without dropping off a notice slip so I have no idea where my packages are. When I try calling Canpar I'm hung up on. When I tried to stop by the Canpar location I couldn't find it (your listed address brought me to wrong location). I make monthly orders from a large company that I imagine has a large contract with Canpar. A large group of us are petitioning this corporation to change shipping providers.
Worst delivery company ever ,never delivers when appointted date ,never returns calls, worst drivers never verifies when changes to delivery will happen ,sad that the Edmonton gift show used this company I will be putting in a complaint yet again ,ordered from company in Ontario was not my decision to use these guys ,delivery people if they find ur place usually can;t speak english and will drop package in middle of driveway ,very vert poor company ,RUN don;t walk away
