The sales associate, Jalal Lalani, was very helpful and provided all the information we needed to make an informed decision. The furniture came very well wrapped and protected and was delivered by two professional and courteous gentlemen. A couple of days later, we noticed that there was some damage inside of one of the drawers and we called to inform them. They quickly send out a technician who again was extremely professional and courteous. He identified the problem and two days later, they brought in a new dresser. The customer service at Konto's was exceptional and I felt like I had gone back in time to when customer service actually meant something. Thank you for the great service and a great product at a reasonable price! This is most definitely a 5 star business.
