I have a bad experience to this clinic on June 17, 2023 upon arriving to this clinic. The doctors are great but the problem is the customer service. The lady in the front is rude, she doesn’t know how to handle customers service. Instead of asking first the clients name she’s assuming that it was me that she talked earlier and saying that I don’t have a file record. It’s so funny how she says it coz she’s not even asking firstly my name as a patient. She talks sarcastically, no proper training in customer service and handling patients. Please remind your staff if they have problems at home or anything that makes them feel bad, please advise them not to come to work coz this kind of arrogant behaviour of your staff will reflect to the good image and reputation of your clinic. In addition, the other staff are great, can handle customer service properly, and approachable to patients especially Michelle and other lady who is working long time to this clinic.
