My wife saw an item on the Shop Easy flyer and sent me to go purchase it at the Hazeldean store (9633 66 avenue).
When I arrived and asked about the product, I was told that this particular store isn't part of the flyer program, so no, I had to pay full price. At this point , I left.
This begs the question of WHY put out flyers at all if your stores are not going to honor them?
And if it is up to the individual stores, how about putting the stores that will honor the flyer on the front page, in say , 2 inch block letters. You know, something like Only Available AT These Stores?
I won't be back.
