Ordered a sectional was told it would take 3-4 months after being told different times it would be 2 weeks. Left a bad review here and had my order mysteriously cancelled and was offered a refund with no real explanation. I highly suggest you shop elsewhere. I also was at both stores and was met with equal incompetence. Terrible!
Update: Ideal home furnishings has replied to my review on Facebook by lying and saying that I became furious and yelled at every single sales people to try and save their reputation. If you do not appreciate being lied to multiple times and having your character defamed DO NOT SHOP AT "IDEAL" home furnishings!!!!!
