However, the management on site as well as off site, are far from accommodating or understanding. A few situations that have happened so far. They changed all the locks to the stairwells and parking lot, over a long weekend this past summer. They informed their residents of this by taping paper to each entrance of the stairwell, informing residents to go to the main office to receive the new key before accessing the stairwell.. I had been away that long weekend and when I returned, that informative piece of paper had been removed. So I entered the stairwell with my now useless key, and ended up being stranded in the stairwell for 45 minutes. I tried calling the apparent "24 hour service" line, but no one came to help me. A resident finally heard me banging on the door and let me in. When I voiced my concerns to the leasing manager the next day, my concerns were ignored. I asked...
