I tried calling them to book an appointment. Started calling at 514.pm. Answered and asked if I could be put on hold no wait for a. Answer put on hold. 18 minutes later girl comes back on t o words then back on hold and disconnected. Tried many more times to call back no answer. Called the office. While driving to the office. 643 pm When walking In phone ringing. One girl coming back from shopping at Walmart. 3 people in the waiting room. Told the reception I was calling since after 5 got attitude from her instantly. Said I was arguementive. Um no pointing out that they were not answering phone and disconnecting when put on hold. The doctors are great but they really need professional front staff
