Honest, reliable, & treating women clientele with respect. I was introduced to mike & mario through some ex colleagues. All tec was right down the street from where I was working at the time and all the guys took their vehicles there. I had just moved to edmonton and needed a mechanic. 15 years & a couple of employer changes later, I still take my vehicle to mike and mario. They are honest to a fault; they don't try to oversell; and they speak to me like a person (not all mechanics treat a single woman customer w/ respect). My son is now a customer and of course, he has to call around first b/c why trust mom? But even he had to admit, they are competitive and they do really good work. No fluff, no muss. They are always busy b/c others know they're an absolute gem. You do need to book ahead and the service is not going to be on demand but that's a small inconvenience to have peace of mind, respect, and reliable and affordable servicing of your vehicle. I cannot recommend them enough!
