    Being mostly house bound it's important that a business's representative is willing to answer questions over the phone before I decide whether or not to try to visit their store. I found Arlene to be exceptionally patient, forthcoming and quite frankly, fun to speak with. She provided me detailed information and was willing to track down a permanent supplier for my favourite coffee brand. It was also nice that she was willing to try the brand I like just to experience the flavour and see if there was something similar that I might like, as a back up. I'm looking forward to getting into the shop and browsing the 700+ items available. Not to mention meet Arlene in person. 100% recommend this store!
